* 0 – 5.99 years old children go free on all meal plans booked based on kids’ menu.

The above rates do not include the Tourism Dirham Fee, which is chargeable at AED 15 per room per night and needs to be settled directly at the hotel by the guest. It remains the responsibility of the company/ agent to inform clients fully and concisely of this fee.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is to be consumed in the respective all-day dining or chosen restaurants upon availability of dine around options.

During special events, breakfast may be served in any of the other restaurants, which will be communicated in advance.

Check-In & Check-Out Time:

The hotel standard check-in time is 15:00 hours and the standard check-out time is 12:00 hours.

The hotel reserves the right to charge from 50% up to 100% of the daily room rate in case of early check in or late checkout; confirming or acknowledging such requests shall remain subject to availability.

* No departures or arrivals are allowed on the 31st of Dec.

•The Operator must make all payments to the hotel in U.A.E. Dirhams, unless specified otherwise in writing

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ROLLING EARLY BIRD OFFERS
Rolling Early Bird Promotion: All bookings must clearly quote Early Bird respective rate code.
Unless EB rate code is clearly stated within the booking request/voucher, the highest contracted rate applies for the requested period
EBD discount is applicable on Room rate (BB or RO) and Extra bed (BB or RO)
EBD discount is not applicable on additional meals (HB or FB)
Contracted Rolling early bird Promotions cannot be combined (unless otherwise specified) with any new offers sent out if indicated in the terms and conditions of the new offer
Early Bird discount is not applicable on following dates:
24 Dec 2023 – 8 Jan 2024

NEW YEAR POLICY
For any request going over 29 Dec 2023 - 1 Jan 2024, minimum 3 nights is required to stay.
No Check In or Check Out is allowed on 31 of Dec.
Half board bookings on 31st December include lunch only.
